Policy for Damages:Our guests are welcome to the properties and we will do our utmost to make them feel comfortable and at home. We just request from them to respect the homes and treat them as their own. In case of any damages we will not be collecting damage deposits in advance, but we will be expecting them to be honest and take responsibility for any damage they might cause to the property or equipment.
Arrival time:We recommend our guests to let us know their approximate time of arrival so that we can arrange for our staff to be there to welcome them and show them around in the property.
